Where are my records?
Your trackers and entries stay inside Quant Life on your iPhone. The app does not create an online account or upload your entries.
How do I make a backup?
Open Quant Life, tap the gear button, then choose Export all entries. Save the JSON file somewhere you control. Quant Life excludes its database from iCloud and device backups, so make this export before deleting the app or changing phones. To restore it later, choose Restore from backup, review the preview, then merge or replace.
How do shared templates work?
A shared .quantlife-template file contains the tracker name, fields, visual style, and privacy level. It never contains your personal entries. A friend can open the file in Quant Life and make their own copy.
Why does Quant Life ask for Face ID?
The app locks your private records whenever it leaves the foreground. Authentication is handled by iOS. If Face ID is unavailable, iOS can offer your device passcode.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. Creating trackers, adding entries, viewing charts, reviewing history, and generating share cards all work without an internet connection.

项目与记录保存在你 iPhone 上的 Quant Life 内。App 不会创建网络账号，也不会上传个人记录。
怎样备份？
打开 Quant Life，点齿轮按钮，选择“导出全部记录”，把 JSON 文件保存到你控制的位置。Quant Life 不会让本地数据库进入 iCloud 或设备备份，所以在删除 App 或更换手机前请先完成导出。恢复时选择“从备份恢复”，先检查预览，再选择合并或替换。
分享模板会分享个人记录吗？
不会。.quantlife-template 文件只包含项目名称、字段、样式和隐私等级，不包含任何个人记录。朋友用 Quant Life 打开后会获得自己的独立副本。
为什么需要 Face ID？
Quant Life 离开前台后会重新锁定私人记录。身份验证完全由 iOS 处理；Face ID 不可用时，iOS 可以提供设备密码验证。
可以离线使用吗？
可以。创建项目、添加记录、查看图表、回看历史和生成分享卡片都不需要网络。
